1 Definitions

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ace88 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances therein, and permanently ban the player from re-registering. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out.

2.5 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ace88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact the ace88 support team via live chat immediately so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

ace88 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal from a player account. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ace88 account. 4.5 Withdrawal to Original Deposit Method

ace88 applies a "return to source" policy for withdrawals wherever technically possible. This means that withdrawal funds will be sent back to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible — for example, due to a change in mobile number or a closed wallet — the player must contact the support team to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal route, subject to additional identity verification.

4.6 Refused or Delayed Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ace88 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion details, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and the individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times — the wagering requirement — before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from the bonus balance may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts; placing low-risk or mathematically certain wagers specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine intent to gamble; using bonus funds to place bets on both sides of the same market; or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith use of the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, ace88 reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, remove the bonus balance, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

5.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on the ace88 platform contribute equally towards the wagering requirement for a given bonus. Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the following general contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake towards the wagering requirement; live dealer table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%; and certain game types including jackpot slots, crash games, and virtual sports may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Activities

10 Limitation of Liability

ace88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ace88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ace88 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times.

11 Privacy & Data

12.3 Account Termination by ace88

13 Governing Law
